TRANSFORMATIONAL LIFE COACH
for Awakening Women
I am Heidi Metcalf, MA, LPCC, of My Anam Cara, LLC. I have been a psychotherapist and transformational life coach for twenty years. My work is dedicated to feminine beings who desire to connect more deeply with their own soul presence and realize their Sacred Feminine within.

I graduated from UC Berkeley with a BA in Humanities, and earned an MA in Creative Arts from San Francisco State University. I studied my vocation at Southwestern College in Santa Fe, completing a Masters degree in Transpersonal Psychology, and I have a clinical counseling license in the state of New Mexico.

I completed three years of study and practice with the Institute of Woman-Centered Coaching in Coaching, Facilitation, and Leadership, which anchored my transformational approach. Additionally, I trained and apprenticed as a Mystic Soul Guide, with the Womb of Life School for four years where I found the courage, the tools, and the grace to transform my spiritual life.
At the same time, I learned how to midwife a feminine being on that sacred journey back to the depth of her own soul that she longs to embody, that can heal her wounds, ignite her personal power, and lead her forward to be the force of nature she was born to be.
I hold Women’s Circles in my community, teach workshops, facilitate retreats, and lovingly support feminine beings, one on one, as they deepen on their soul path.
I live in Napa Valley with my teenage daughter and our collie, Foxy. We are foodies, enjoy hikes in nature, watch great films, sing and make art. When my daughter is with her Dad or her friends, I like to see live music, dance, be held in Nature, and pour myself into my projects.
